Gordon has been instrumental in negotiating over $1 billion in transactions globally, leveraging his strategic insight and market knowledge to secure optimal outcomes for his company across international markets. In addition to his career in financial services, Gordon has held a Real Estate Broker's license since 1991.


Throughout his distinguished career, Gordon has held numerous senior executive positions including Vice Chairman at Federated Hermes Inc. and Federated MDT Advisers. He served as President & CEO of Federated Investors (UK) LLP, President of Federated Investors Asia Pacific, and President of Federated Investors Holdings Inc (Canada). His leadership extended to roles as CEO of Federated Investors Canada ULC, President of Federated International Securities Company, President of Federated Global Holdings, and President of Federated Holdings (UK). Gordon also served as Executive Director for Global Private Markets Distribution and Business Development, demonstrating his extensive expertise across global financial markets.
